Cannot find converted photos or open the ZIP? Check these first
Find your download folder, extract ZIP files, check the saved file count and switch to individual downloads if needed.
Check downloads, not only your photo library
Images downloaded through a browser are not always added automatically to the Photos app. Look at the browser download list and the device file manager. The destination depends on device and browser settings. Do not confuse a newly saved file with an older file of the same name.
On iPhone, check the Files app too
Apple explains how to find internet downloads in the Downloads folder in Files. If you cannot find one, also check browser download history and the configured location. Absence from the photo library alone does not mean conversion failed.
The images are inside the ZIP
Download all (ZIP) packages several images into one file. If a service needs an image rather than a ZIP, extract it first and choose the JPEG, PNG or WebP inside. Follow the instructions for your operating system to extract an archive.
Use individual downloads if the ZIP will not open
First check that downloading finished. If ZIP handling is unavailable, storage is tight or bulk saving is unstable, save each image from Pichn’s result list. The ZIP does not further compress image data, and creating it uses additional memory.
Check the number and contents of saved images
Failed photos are excluded; outputs with a size-limit warning can still be included. Check the count, format and file size after saving. Open at least one result before closing the page, and inspect all if necessary. Keep the originals for retries.
